We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and project requests.
  • Provide, manage and support our services.
  • Create and maintain customer accounts.
  • Manage leads, customers, projects, orders and service requests.
  • Communicate with customers about projects, services and support.

Customer data processed through our services

Some AllVia services may allow businesses to store or process information about their own customers, leads, orders, conversations or other business activity.

Where we process such information on behalf of a customer, the customer remains responsible for determining how that information is collected and used, while AllVia processes it as necessary to provide the requested service and according to the applicable agreement.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business and deliver our services, including hosting, cloud infrastructure, email, communications, analytics, payment and technical service providers.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation or a valid request from an authorised public authority.

Where a customer connects an AllVia solution to a third-party platform, information may be exchanged with that platform according to the customer's configuration and the third party's applicable terms and privacy policy.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide our services, maintain customer accounts, meet contractual requirements or comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

Access to customer and business information is limited according to business requirements and authorised roles. However, no online service or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to provide website functionality, remember preferences, maintain sessions, understand website usage and support analytics or marketing functionality where applicable.

Where required, we will provide appropriate choices or consent controls for non-essential cookies.

Third-party services

AllVia services may integrate with third-party platforms such as payment providers, messaging services, e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, hosting providers and other business systems.

These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party services you choose to use or connect to AllVia.

Push notifications on customer apps

Where a customer enables notifications in their mobile app, we process device notification tokens on that customer's behalf and on their instructions. We act as a data processor; the store owner is the data controller. We store the token, the device platform and the app's language, and nothing else about the end user. Tokens are used solely to deliver notifications composed by that store owner, are delivered via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, are never sold or shared with third parties, and are deleted when the end user turns notifications off. We do not use them for tracking or profiling.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, or request deletion where appropriate.

You may also have the right to withdraw consent for certain processing activities where processing is based on your consent.

To submit a privacy-related request, contact us using the details below.
